General Web Purchase Policy
When a product is purchased from
our website we back it up by the way of a warranty which Concepts Direct has
in place from all of our suppliers. There is generally a 12 months warranty
unless specified.
The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all
accessories and contents. A photocopy of your sales docket needs to be included
with your returned product as well as your contact details, including telephone
number. The sales docket, is also is used as proof of the commencement of
the warranty period.
Concepts Direct will repair the product or replace the product free of charge
(postage and handling fees apply) provided it is in the12 months warranty
period and that the product has been used under the terms and conditions specified.
Customers can also visit any of our stores with the product and proof of purchase.
Our retail stores will be able to service mostly immediately, stock permitting
(in order to save you the postage and handling charges.)
We recommend you return the product via Australia Post. You must pre pay all
returns postage, you assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during
transit. Concepts Direct reserves the right to refuse parcels that arrive
with “More to Pay” stamped on them.
Change of Mind - Or Wrong Decision
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, or make a wrong decision. Please ensure you choose carefully.
Cancellation of orders
In the event that you cancel a web order,
we are able to reverse the charges in full provided the item has not been
shipped. If the item has been dispatched, you will need to return the item
in the original condition at your cost. We will then process a refund of the
item amount excluding the shipping costs. Dispatch of web orders usually occurs
within 24 hours of the order being placed, please be aware of this should
you need to request an order cancellation.
Liability
Concepts Direct does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for
injury or damage by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited
to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation,
maintenance or repair of the product. Concepts Direct does not accept liability
for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use of the product in a manner
not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.
Concepts Direct recommends that all safety instructions are read prior to
using any product. Remember to keep the safety instructions handy for easy
reference purposes. If you want you are welcome to phone any of our stores
