When a product is purchased from Concepts Direct generally there is a 1 year warranty unless otherwise specified, which is back by our suppliers. Your invoice that is provided with the goods once shipped to you is the proof of purchase and your warranty.Concepts Direct will send you the goods you have ordered within 2 business days, upon receipt of your payment. Faulty Products

For any product that is deemed faulty ( most products do need to be sent to the suppliers first to ascertain that they are faulty unless it is an obvious fault), Concepts Direct will repair the product or replace the product free of charge, (postage and handling fees may apply) provided it is within the 12 months warranty period, and that the product has been used under the terms and conditions specified for that particular product. Anything that is deemed customer misuse or not faulty will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.Customers can also visit our stores (to save on postage and handling costs) with the product and we may be able to service you almost immediately depending on the situation and stock permitting. Please make sure when returning any item that it is in it's original packaging with all contents and proof of purchase is supplied. Concepts Direct will not be responsible for items that are lost or misdirected. Concepts Direct recommends that all items are sent via registered post.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or you make a wrong decision. Please ensure that you choose carefully.

Cancellation of your order can only occur if the product has not been shipped to you. Shipping usually occurs within 24 hours of your purchase (sometimes it can be less). If the item has been dispatched you need to return it to us at your expense in the original condition that it arrived to you. We process the refund once the product is back to us. Please keep in mind the time frame for cancellations is 24 hours from your order being placed.

Concepts Direct does not accept liability for concequential loss, nor for injury or damage by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintainance or repair of the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.
