Many suppliers do not hold stock and therefore cannot offer delivery times under 3 weeks. This is where we differ. At Concepts Direct we keep most items in stock, meaning we can supply your online purchase within 7 - 10 days. All deliveries are made between 9.00am and 5.00pm on working days. In the case that you are not home when the delivery is made, a card will be left and you can collect your parcel from the post office. You then have 3-5 days to retreive your parcel from the post office, or it will be returned to us.

 

We endeavour to deliver the products to you within the specified time. During busy times delivery services may be slower than expected which we cannot specifically quote, however in most cases our deliveries are made within 5 days (NSW) and 7 days (interstate). Orders placed after working hours will be actioned the following working day.
